My legal career began in 1985 when I joined a large firm in Birmingham. I initially specialised in pensions law but on qualifying as a solicitor in 1998, I joined the employment team. Since 1998 I have specialised in employment law and in 2014 I added immigration law to my areas of expertise.
I am experienced in all areas of employment law from disputes and settlement agreements to unfair dismissal and discrimination; contracts and policies to terminations and employment tribunal claims to TUPE. I act for employers and employees and receive regular referrals of new clients from past clients. I have worked with many of my clients for more than 10 years and some for 20+ years.
My immigration work ranges from sponsor licensing and skilled worker visas, business visit visas and temporary worker routes to personal immigration including family visas, indefinite leave to remain and citizenship.
